The Beacon is on the roof of the Lighthouse, where penguins are able to look out at sea for The Migrator, or play Jet Pack Adventure. The only permanent room which can be entered from the Beacon is the Lighthouse.
The Telescope is located on the left-hand side of the Beacon and can be used to spot the Migrator whenever Rockhopper is sailing to or from Club Penguin Island. While peering through the Telescope, the red glow of the Shipwreck Island Beacon can be seen over the horizon.
