The Dojo is a secluded building found in the mountains northeast of Club Penguin Island, with the Dojo Courtyard residing outside. The room features several training mats for playing Card-Jitsu. Players may also challenge Sensei, who is sitting on the green cushion on the right-hand side.
History[]
The Dojo Courtyard was released on February 5, 2023, following the opening of Club Penguin Journey and was initially under construction as part of Dig Out the Dojo. It was only accessible from the rooftop, which was broken. A bridge and ladder allowed penguins to get down to the floor safely. Penguins were encouraged to pick up a Miners Helmet to help rebuild the Dojo and drill the snow. In June 2023, training mats were added to the construction.
The room received its grand reopening during the Card-Jitsu Party 2023 construction on June 30, 2023, and Sensei moved inside, sitting on the green cushion. At the start of the party, the room returned to normal, and training mats were placed down, allowing penguins to play Card-Jitsu.

Parties[]
- During the April Fools Party 2023, the Dojo was black and white, and the Miners Helmets were replaced with Box Hats which could be picked up.
- During the Halloween Party 2023, the Dojo was decorated with black and orange streamers, pumpkin lights, jack-o-lanterns, and a menorah.
- During the Holiday Party 2023, the large woven mat and walls became icy blue with winter trees. A bonsai tree was placed on the mat, decorated with lights, and the room was decorated with garlands, festive lights, white lanterns, and hanging snowflakes.
- During the 1st Anniversary Party, the Dojo was decorated the same way as it was during the Holiday Party 2023.
- During the April Fools Party 2024, the penguins became Pixel Penguins, and the Dojo referenced the Xbox version of the Dog Shrine from the role-playing video game Undertale. There is a gaming console that looks similar to both the Xbox One S and Xbox Series S, There is also a Kinect device, used for the Xbox 360. Lastly, there is a banner that read "Nah I'd win", which is a reference to a quote that Satoru Gojo makes in the manga Jujutsu Kaisen.
- During the Summer Kickoff Party, the training area was filled with water, with a giant inflatable octopus and inflatable training mats in it. The green cushion became a blue inflatable duck, and there were blue and purple streamers on the ceiling with a banner that read "Pool Party at the Dojo!!"
- During the Music Jam 2024, the sky outside turned purple, changing the view from the windows.
- During the Halloween Party 2024, the Dojo was decorated similarly to the previous year. Some jack-o-lanterns were either moved around, or removed.
- During the Holiday Party 2024, the Dojo was decorated similarly to the previous year.
- During the 1st Anniversary Party, the Dojo was decorated the same way as it was during the Summer Kickoff Party.
- During the Puffle Party 2025, the bonsai tree became a small cherry blossom tree, with a grey puffle sitting next to it.
- During the April Fools Party 2025, the Dojo became black and white. There was a huge rock in the top left corner, the Dojo represented paper, and large red scissors cut through the Dojo, forming a hole. Additionally, the Card-Jitsu logo became signs of rock paper scissors, which is what Card-Jitsu is based off of. One of the training mats became a door that connected to the Pet Shop.
- During Sensei's Fire Scavenger Hunt and the Card-Jitsu Fire Party, the sky outside turned orange, changing the view from the windows.
- During the Halloween Party 2025, the Dojo was decorated similarly to the previous years.
- During the Holiday Jam, the Dojo was decorated similarly to the previous years, with the lights becoming a pink color.
- During the 3rd Anniversary Party, the Dojo was decorated the same way as it was during the Holiday Jam.
Mini-Events[]
- During Earth Day 2023, a hot sauce bottle was hidden next to the door, as part of the Recycle Hunt.
- During the Club Penguin 20th Anniversary Celebration, the 8th Anniversary Hat was hidden on the Card-Jitsu torii, as part of the Party Hat Scavenger Hunt.
