Dot, known to the EPF as Dot the Disguise Gal or Agent D, also known by the civilian cover name Dot the Design Gal, is a somewhat mysterious penguin that is a member of the Elite Penguin Force who assisted various PSA members in escaping the popcorn explosion during Operation: Veggie Villain. This is the same event she made her debut as a mascot.
Personality[]
Dot is a clever, strategic optimist whose focus is similar to, but not as extreme as, that of Jet Pack Guy. She is a level-headed penguin with a cheerful attitude, capable of solving difficult problems.
