G Billy is a penguin mascot who can be seen occasionally on Club Penguin Island. He is a member of the Penguin Band.

G Billy has a strong interest in music and likes to talk about listening to and playing music with his fans. He is down-to-earth and builds strong connections with his fans, while being able to joke around with his bandmates. He is kind and confident, although he can occasionally feel nervous before performing a show.

- G Billy, along with the other members of the Penguin Band, enjoys eating fish pizza.
- He plays the drums for the band and can often be seen holding drumsticks.
- He was the band member who invited Franky to join the Penguin Band.
- During a mascot meetup for Music Jam 2024, G Billy said that he also plays the harmonica and enjoys woodworking.
- As well as appearing as both a meetable mascot and a special guest during the Music Jam 2024, G Billy and the rest of the band appeared as special guests during the Holiday Party 2023, performing at the Penguin Band Holiday Concert.
- He appears in the book Franky's First Show, providing reassurance to Franky who was anxious about performing in his first band concert.
- He also appears in the 'Pizza Parlor Panic' story in Penguin Tales: Volume 1.
