The Gift Shop Office is a room located upstairs of the Gift Shop. The room has a computer which toggles the music between the tracks Pong Ping and Webbed Feet when clicked on.

The Gift Shop Office was released on August 23, 2024 during Operation: Veggie Villain. It became a permanent room following the operation's conclusion.

Parties[]
- During Operation: Veggie Villain, Herbert's footprints were visible, the computer was missing, and the office chair was knocked over. Jet Pack Guy was here with a variety of tools and equipment, inspecting the room and gathering clues.
- During the Halloween Party 2024, the Gift Shop Office was decorated with hanging skeletons and spiders, as well as jack-o-lanterns.
- During the Holiday Party 2024, the Gift Shop Office turned into the "Knitting Room" where players could craft clothing items with the Knitting System. A doorway to the Toy Factory (Dance Lounge) was added to the right of the room.
- During the 2nd Anniversary Party, the Gift Shop Office was decorated the same way as it was during Operation: Veggie Villain.
- During the April Fools Party 2025, the ski lift from the Ski Hill burst through the rooftop door, bringing various objects from the room and the Ski Village along with it. The red banner read "Slug Racing" and the tour guide stand read "Doors".
- During the Medieval Party 2025, the Gift Shop Office was the second floor of the market and hosted a puppet show. It also featured a mini beanstalk rising above cloud props.
- During Sensei's Fire Scavenger Hunt and the Card-Jitsu Fire Party, the sky outside turned orange, changing the view from the door and window.
- During The Fair Games, the Gift Shop Office was decorated with balloon bunches, which changed color depending on what team the player was on.
- During the Halloween Party 2025, the Gift Shop Office was decorated similarly to the previous year.
- During the Holiday Jam, the Gift Shop Office was decorated similarly to the previous year.
- During the 3rd Anniversary Party, the Gift Shop Office was decorated the same way as it was during the Medieval Party 2025.
Mini-Events[]
- During the Club Penguin 20th Anniversary Celebration, the Gift Shop was decorated with colorful balloons and a large striped carpet with colors of the party hats, coming from downstairs and leading outside to the rooftop.
Trivia[]
- This room was only accessible in the point-and-click PSA missions until Operation: Veggie Villain.
- The Gift Shop Office, the Old Boiler Room, and the Box Dimension are the only rooms that were originally party rooms but became permanent.
