The Halloween Party 2023 was a party in Club Penguin Journey. It began on October 27, 2023 and ended on November 8, 2023.
The island featured a night sky and was filled with various Halloween decorations. The Haunted House opened for the first time during the party. The Backrooms also became available for penguins to enter through the Box Dimension. To conclude the party, Frankie's Band made a live performance at the Stadium on the final day.
Rory visited before the party, while Gary, Slenderin, and Entity visited during the party. This marked Gary's first appearance as a mascot, while it marked Slenderin and Entity's only appearances as mascots.
