Mascots are meet-able characters who can be spotted around Club Penguin Island during events or parties. During small ones, they usually make an appearance only once. During large-scale ones, they often make an appearance more than twice.
While Special Guests are similar to mascots, they only remain in one spot during the duration of their visit and do not feature a player card. Mascots can also be special guests within a live concert.
