The Veggie Villain is the eleventh and final Penguin Secret Agency point-and-click mission. It was released on September 2, 2024 after Operation: Veggie Villain ended.

Mission start[]
The mission begins in the HQ, where Gary will ask you to find Rookie in the Gift Shop, where one of the chairs is found to be missing. Head upstairs to talk to Jet Pack Guy. Grab the corn kernels on the ground and leave the Gift Shop. Gary will then call you before losing connection. The Spy Phone will be disabled from here on out. Return to the HQ.
At the HQ, Herbert P. Bear will appear on the screen, revealing that he has hacked into the PSA broadcast system. Additionally, he is broadcasting an announcement at the Ski Village.
Ski Village broadcast[]
Meet Rookie at the Ski Village. After conversing with him, you will need to find a disc to stop Herbert's broadcast. Head to the Lighthouse and grab the disc under the piano, and cleaning supplies next to the piano. Take the clean disc back to the Ski Village and insert it into the disc player.
Herbert's video will stop playing, but audio is unimpeded. This will require you to find the signal's source. Click on the panel next to the disc player and solve the puzzle. Instructions are given in-game. Upon completing the puzzle, the signal will be revealed to originate from the Mine Shack.
OPTIONAL: Secret award[]
Talk to the brown penguin without any clothing. They will reveal that they have broken their glasses. At the Beacon is Rory, who is replacing the telescope lens. He won't give you the old lens unless he has a new one for the telescope.
To create the new lens, go to the Lighthouse and grab the empty tin can. Fill the tin can with water; you can either do this at the Beach by clicking the tin can on the ocean, or in the Gadget Room using the water option on the Test Chamber. Afterwards, head to the Gadget Room and place the tin can in the Test Chamber before using the snow option, freezing the water. Take the newly formed ice lens and give it to Rory, who will give you the old telescope lens.
Back at the Ski Village, give the old lens to the brown penguin to fix their glasses. They will recognize you as the agent who helped them in previous missions. After the mission ends, you will receive the Gift from Dot award.
Corn maze[]
Head to the Mine Shack and enter the corn maze. Follow the popped kernels on the ground. You will eventually arrive at a clearing with a lot of popcorn on the ground, where the two paths have bear prints leading further on.
Super corn recipe.
First, take the right path and follow the bear prints, picking up the pieces of paper on the ground and combining them as you go. You will eventually encounter a wooden plank and the last piece of paper, which, when combined with the other pieces of paper, shows a recipe for super corn.
The super corn recipe hints at the next path to take; you must follow the ingredients, otherwise you will get lost. The ingredients correspond to the following objects:
- Water - Watering can
- Corn - Corn kernels on the ground
- Fertilizer - Bag of fertilizer
- Hot Sauce - Bottle of hot sauce
- Coffee - Bag of java (coffee)
Return to the popcorn clearing, take the left path which has a watering can next to it, and follow the rest of the objects.
At the end of the maze, you will encounter a river. Use the plank to cross the river.
At the room with the ladder, use the corn kernels obtained at the Gift Shop on the flame next to the crank to pop some corn. This will bring the ladder down and allow you to climb up. You will find Herbert and Klutzy at the top. Unplug the computer power cord out of the outlet. This will cause PSA systems to go back online, prompting Herbert to teleport you and a popcorn bomb back to the HQ.
Popcorn bomb[]
Back in the HQ, Gary will ask you to find a way out while he attempts to diffuse the bomb. A hint via a Tic-Tac-Toe Code can be found by clicking on the cabinet; you use the code guide at the bottom right of the screen to translate the code. Translating the code reveals it to say "ORANGE BOOK". Click the orange book on the desk next to the cabinet to reveal a puzzle that needs to be solved. Instructions can be found by pressing "Help".
After solving the puzzle, Dot will emerge from the cabinet and teleport you, Gary, Rookie, and herself out of the HQ. Shortly afterward, the popcorn bomb will explode, destroying the HQ and Sport Shop. After talking with the agents, the mission will end.

Trivia[]
- Mission 11 was recreated as an in-world, non-point-and-click mission for Operation: Veggie Villain.
- As Mission 11 was released after Operation: Veggie Villain ended, there was no in-game effect coinciding with it, although the Sport Shop and HQ remained destroyed as a result of the operation.
- While the super corn recipe makes an appearance in this mission, you do not obtain the Super Corn Recipe award for creating the item.
