Case of the Missing Puffles is the first Penguin Secret Agency point-and-click mission. It was released on October 13, 2023, alongside Mission 2: G's Secret Mission.

Mission start[]
The mission begins in Aunt Arctic's igloo. She will reveal that two of her puffles and her camera are missing. She will ask you to help her locate the two missing puffles, one green and one purple.
Obtaining gadgets[]
Begin by heading to the Sport Shop, where you will find Gary the Gadget Guy. Talk to him and when prompted, ask him if he has any special items. He will require you to tell him how many pairs of socks he owns.
Exit the Sport Shop, and head to the Pet Shop. Click the white note hidden on top of the brown puffle house, which will reveal a message in Tic-Tac-Toe Code that says "G has NUMBER pairs of socks", where "NUMBER" is a different number for every penguin. You can use the code guide located at the bottom right of your screen in order to translate the code.
One you have obtained the translated number, return to the Sport Shop and give G the number. If you answer correctly, you can ask G for spy gadgets, and he will open the cupboard to the right, revealing the Life Preserver Shooter and Grappling Hook. Grab both items and put them in your inventory.
Helping penguins[]
Head to the Iceberg and use the Life Preserver Shooter to rescue the stranded penguins. To rescue the penguins, shoot life preservers at them. The wind, which changes every shot, tells you which way and how far the life preserver will fly away from your aim when you shoot, so you will need to adjust your aim to compensate for the wind. After you save all the penguins, click on the green penguin. He will tell you he saw two puffles, but they flew away and he wasn't high enough to see where.
Next, head to the Ski Hill. A brown penguin is sitting next to a broken telescope, and after talking to him he will ask you to fix it. Use your Spy Phone and take out the wrench from the "Tools" button, then use the wrench on the telescope to fix it. The brown penguin will thank you and let you look through the telescope. In the telescope interface, scroll either left or right until you see a green puffle with a propeller cap. Exit the telescope.
OPTIONAL: Secret award[]
Before climbing the Tallest Mountain, go to the Ice Rink and move to the right until you see photos on the ground. Pick them up and put them in your inventory. Return to Aunt Arctic's igloo and give the photos to her. After the mission ends, you will receive the Letter from Aunt Arctic award.
Rescuing the puffles[]
Head to the Tallest Mountain, and follow the sign telling you to look up. Use the grappling hook on the top of the mountain to climb upwards. There, you will find the two puffles. Aunt Arctic will thank you for rescuing her puffles, and the mission will end.
Make sure to claim your rewards before exiting!
