- The Party Hat was only obtainable if the player had the CPJ Beta Hat and Crab Pet equipped when entering the Boiler Room.
- This only worked when entering from the Dance Club. Entering from the Underground Pool wouldn't work.
- Before the Party Hat was made unavailable, 19 players were able to obtain it illegitimately. These illegal Party Hats have since been removed from their accounts.
- There are 566 players with legitimately-obtained Party Hats.
