Shamrock Pin — Club Penguin Journey's first pin, the Shamrock Pin

Pins are collectible items in Club Penguin Journey. Every week, a new pin is hidden somewhere on the island. Once gone, old pins will never return. The player can then select a pin from their Player Card and it will appear on the top left-hand corner of their player card. Pins will appear in a penguin's stampbook once collected.

There are some pins that have "Pin" in their name, while the majority of them don't have it.
Pins are typically hidden weekly, unlike the original Club Penguin where pins were hidden bi-weekly or longer.
There have been five periods in which five or more pins were hidden at the same time. These group of pins include:
- The Rockhopper's Key, the Christmas Tree, the Pudding Pin, the Ruby Brooch, the CFC 2023 Pin and the Gingerbread Man (December 25, 2023)
  - The December 25, 2023 period is the first time that six pins were hidden at the same time.
- The Rockhopper's Key, the Pudding Pin, the Ruby Brooch, the CFC 2023 Pin and the Gingerbread Man (December 26, 2023 - January 1, 2024)
- The Rockhopper's Key, the Pudding Pin, the Ruby Brooch, the CFC 2023 Pin and the Fireworks Pin (January 1, 2024 - January 4, 2024)
- The Rockhopper's Key, the Shield, the Crown of the Dragon King, the Brazier Pin and the Toothbrush (May 17, 2024 - May 20, 2024)
- The Rockhopper's Key, the Ping Pong Paddle, the Mermaid Shell, the Snow Cone, and the Banana Peel. (September 20, 2024 - September 23, 2024)
- The Rockhopper's Key, the Puffle Balloon, the Ping Pong Paddle, the Mermaid Shell, the Snow Cone, and the Banana Peel. (October 13, 2024 - October 21, 2024)
  - The October 13, 2024 period is the second time that six pins were hidden at the same time.
