Rock VIP Pass is a neck item in Club Penguin Journey. The player was required to attend the Penguin Band Rock Concert and obtain the giveaway background to gain access to purchase this pass from its genre booth.
Collecting all 4 genre VIP passes would allow the player to access the VIP Backstage.
