The The Fair 2023 was a party in Club Penguin Journey. It was a carnival-themed party that focused on amusement with attractions, games, and prizes. Construction for it began on September 18, 2023 and Rory visited. It released on September 22, 2023, and ended on October 6, 2023.

Nearly every room was decorated as a theme park and circus venue. Rockhopper sailed to Club Penguin Island and visited during the party. Rookie also visited during the party.
