Thin Ice is a mini-game that can be played by walking to the Thin Ice arcade machine in the Dance Lounge. In this game, the player must control a flaming Black Puffle through an ice maze, melting as many ice tiles as they can along the way-- while collecting items such as coin bags (to earn additional coins) and keys (to unlock golden locks to access other parts of the level). There are no lives, and levels can be skipped without completing them. There are 19 levels in total.
How to Play[]
Using the arrow keys or WASD keys on their keyboard, the player can move the flaming Black Puffle across the level. The primary objective is to melt as many ice tiles as possible while navigating towards the red exit tile. More points are earned by walking over all of the tiles in the stage. Once an ice tile is melted, the player cannot move back to that same tile-- the level must be restarted if the player attempts to do this.
There are no lives, and levels can be skipped without completing them. It is important to note that players are not required to fully complete each level-- however, coin bags may appear in subsequent levels if the player solves specific levels. Additionally, more points may be earned if the player completes the level on their first try.
