Tour HQ

The Tour HQ is a room located in the Welcome Room where penguins can talk to TourBot and leave suggestions for the staff team. From here, penguins can head upstairs to The Lookout. EPF agents can also enter the EPF Command Room from here.

History[]

The Tour HQ was released on February 5, 2023, following the opening of Club Penguin Journey. It received an update on April 8, 2024, after the conclusion of the April Fools Party 2024, featuring a brand new design from a different perspective.

During the Festival of Flight, clicking the telephone on the desk as an EPF agent opened up a tube transport behind the orange couch to the EPF Command Room. This feature was made permanent for all agents after the party.

On January 31, 2025, following the Festival of Flight, the 3D Glasses on the couch were replaced with Black Sunglasses. This lasted until April 11, 2025, after the April Fools Party 2025.

Parties[]

  • During the Puffle Party 2023, the Tour HQ was decorated with balloons and a puffle rug.
  • During the Halloween Party 2023, the room became monochrome and was decorated with jack-o-lanterns and skeletons.

  • During the 1st Anniversary Party, the Tour HQ was decorated the same way as it was during the Tour Guide Mini-Event 2023.
  • During the April Fools Party 2024, the Tour HQ became pixelated.
  • During the Medieval Party 2024, the Tour HQ became the inside of a tower, with stained glass windows and medieval-styled decorations and furniture.
  • During the Summer Kickoff Party, the Tour HQ was decorated with a lake-styled pool with rubber ducks and lily pads, and a juice machine.
  • During the Music Jam 2024, the Tour HQ was decorated as a radio station named "WR Radio". The rug became a giant vinyl record that penguins could spin around on, and an elevator led to the Lofi Lookout. The Video Camera could be obtained to the left of the room.
  • During Camp Penguin, the Tour HQ was decorated with a tent and fish burgers, and the "?" rug symbol was replaced with a tree symbol.
  • During The Fair 2024, the Tour HQ was decorated as the inside of a circus tent, with stuffed animals, toys, and fair-themed decorations and furniture.
  • During the Halloween Party 2024, the Tour HQ was decorated as an old shack, with jack-o-lanterns, string lights, costumes, and hay bales. A "?!" symbol was engraved into the wooden floor.
  • During the Holiday Party 2024, the Tour HQ was opened up to feature a balcony. There was a holiday-themed carpet that led upstairs to the Lookout, and the room was decorated with holiday-themed furniture, hanging snowflakes, beanbags, and swinging baskets.

  • During the Festival of Flight, the Tour HQ was decorated as a weather station titled "Essential Penguin Forecast". The left side of the room was sunny, while the right side was stormy.
  • During the 2nd Anniversary Party, the Tour HQ became the CPJ Staff HQ. It was divided into sections for designers, developers, and moderators to work on.
  • During the Puffle Party 2025, the Tour HQ was decorated as a puffle tower with fuzzy furniture, boxes of Puffle O's, and a rock climbing tower leading upstairs.
  • During the April Fools Party 2025, the Tour HQ was mixed up with the Cove, which could be entered through a door on the left. The room was decorated with boxes, surfboards, and palm trees.
  • During the Easter Scavenger Hunt 2025, the rug symbol became a small yellow circle.
  • During the Medieval Party 2025, the Tour HQ was decorated similarly to the previous year.
  • During the Adventure Party 2025, the Tour HQ had a rainbow theme in celebration of Pride Month. The staircase was encased by a rainbow. Pride flags could be found in the Mullet pencil cup. The room was also decorated with a palm tree and flowers.
  • During the Western Party 2025, the Tour HQ was decorated as a saloon, with a western-style rug and small cactuses.
  • During the Card-Jitsu Fire Party, the Tour HQ was opened up again to become a balcony. The room became fire-themed and was decorated with bamboo prints on the doors, modern tables and chairs, and the rug became red and yellow and moved to the bottom right of the room.
  • During The Fair Games, the Tour HQ hosted WR Radio again. The room featured a colored decorated section for each team, and in the middle, there was a game of Twister.
  • During the Halloween Party 2025, the Tour HQ was decorated similarly to the previous year.
  • During the Holiday Jam, the Tour HQ hosted WR Radio once again, and the rug became a cookie-themed vinyl record. It featured most of the decorations from the Music Jam 2024 with additional holiday theming.

  • During the Winter Party 2026, the Tour HQ was decorated similar to a wood ski cabin, with the rug having a cozy brown design.
  • During the 3rd Anniversary Party, the Tour HQ became the CPJ Staff HQ like last year, decorated with pastel yellow, blue, and silver balloons and streamers. A sign on the stairs advertised the brand new Lookout.

Mini-Events[]

  • During the Mountain Expedition, the Tour HQ was decorated with a scale model of the mountain, mountain and cloud cutouts, and balloons.

Trivia[]

  • The Tour HQ's previous design can be seen in a picture on the top left of the room.
  • A music track titled "Welcome Medley" was added to the room along with the redesign, which features 12 different Club Penguin melodies.
