The Welcome Room is an area in the middle of Club Penguin Island. Penguins spawn in this room when they log in. Permanent rooms which can be entered from the Welcome Room are the Plaza, Tour HQ, The Lookout, and the Town.
It is known to be a hub for many players, similar to the Cave Mine and the Town. The Notice Board on the fountain displays Community Events, which are weekly activities submitted by the community.
